Meeting and Events

If you would like to have a meeting or event on the Lincoln Park or Loop campus, the DePaul University Student Center staff are ready to assist you with your reservation details.  Our friendly event planning team will help you coordinate event details from pre-event planning to day-of-event production.  We can help you reserve a room for a small group meeting, or a larger conference. We can even help you plan a wedding!

We have several event facilities on both campuses.  The Student Center building in Lincoln Park has rooms available on three floors.  In addition, Munroe Hall, the Quad, or the Cortelyou Commons can be reserved for your venue.  Our Summer Conference accommodations will give you a chance to enjoy the amenities that Lincoln Park has to offer.  On the Loop campus, three audio-enhanced rooms on the 11th floor of DePaul Center can be reserved by the Student Center staff.

These facilities offer meeting and reception space to DePaul's departments and recognized student organizations when hosting events or programs open to DePaul students, faculty, or staff who are conducting the business or mission of the university.  In addition, members of the larger DePaul community are able to rent space at either campus.
