The Student Centers of DePaul has several event facilities on both the Loop and Lincoln Park campuses. These two locations host over 7,000 events annually. These facilities offer meeting and banquet space to DePaul's recognized student organizations and departments who are hosting events or programs that are open only to DePaul students, faculty, and/or staff in conducting the business or mission of the university. To reserve a room please visit our EVENT website. We offer a variety of rooms that are set up according to the user's specifications and event needs. Students, faculty and staff have the opportunity to rent meeting and banquet rooms for personal events at a discounted rate. Please note that donated food requires a special request (click here for form) and signed approval process (click here for letter). A two week minimum is necessary for approval. Click here for the policy on donated food. The use of University facilities by both internal and external clients should reflect or be compatible with DePaul's values as a Catholic and Vincentian University. The University reserves the right to reject rental inquiries from groups whose stated purpose is contrary to the mission of the University.
