Charge Chart

  • Student organizations may use space for no charge in most situations. If a student organization reserves the space, but an external client that is from a for-profit organization uses the space, then the student organization would be charged 50% of the normal hourly rate.
  • University departments may reserve space at no charge if they, or a student organization, or a sponsoring external non-profit organization uses the space.  If an external non-profit organization uses the space but are not sponsoring the event, the university department will be charged at 75% of the normal hourly rate.
  • Alumni reserving space will be charged at 75% of the normal hourly rate.
  • External groups or organizations reserving space will be charged at the normal hourly rate.

Note: Room rates reflect regular hours of 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Events that require additional time and have been approved by Conference Services, will be charged at a rate of $50.00 per half hour.

All rooms are equipped with: chalkboards or whiteboards, a standard overhead projector, and a full podium.  Some rooms can have jacks activated for data and telephone use.
