Whether your function is a continental breakfast for twelve people, a gala dinner for one thousand or any range in between, we will provide the caliber of food and distinction of service appropriate to DePaul. Our professional chefs use only the freshest ingredients to make your meal a savory sensation. Personal attention from our experienced and highly trained staff ensures that we create a unique event that matches your needs.

Chartwells is the exclusive caterer of DePaul University. Outside caterers are not allowed on the premises to cater your event. Please contact Chartwells at www.depaulcatering.com for more information about menus, pricing, and policies.

Donations of food for DePaul departments and student organizations may be arranged in certain circumstances.  For more information, contact the Director of the Student Centers at 773-325-7346.

Any alcoholic beverages are to be served by Chartwells only, and must be purchased through the Chartwells Catering department. Student groups must obtain permission from the Office of Student Affairs at (312) 631-8812 if alcohol is to be served.

NOTE: Alcoholic beverages cannot be served to persons under 21 years of age who are attending the event.

Chartwells Catering is responsible for cleanup and removal of items from outside food orders only. Note: for internal DePaul departments, Facility Operations should be notified at least 24 hours prior to the event for major clean-up and garbage/trash pick-up via the work order system.
