Event Postings and Announcements

To advertise on the 1st floor of the DePaul Center for any event or program occurring in the DePaul Center, submit an 8.5 x 11 flyer to the Loop Student Center/Conference Service office, Suite 8003 (8th floor of DePaul Center).  On the day of the event, the flyer will be posted in the University-designated event and publicity board located in the 1st floor lobby of the DePaul Center.  Space availability may be limited.

The Office of Student Life will have a table and/or easel on the 1st floor of the DePaul Center to advertise programs of interest to students occurring on the 11th floor.  This is done only for the day of the event.

Advertising or directional signs for events or programs are not otherwise allowed on the 1st floor of the DePaul Center.  This includes items taped to surfaces or floor displays.  Postings like these will be removed.
