More and more individuals and organizations are discovering DePaul University as a site to hold their seminars, conferences, and meetings. When meeting participants come to DePaul, they leave the daily work environment behind and enter a setting conducive to serious intellectual effort. There's really no better place than a university to share knowledge, discuss issues and learn new information. And space is available at a cost well below the current hotel and conference center rates.

Conference Services is ready to meet your meeting or conference needs on the Loop campus with technologically advanced classrooms and meeting rooms.  You can select from a variety of seating arrangements.  A full range of audiovisual equipment including video conferencing capabilities is available upon request.  We offer complete catering services, as well as coffee, soft drink and snack vending machines at each site.

In the Loop, you can choose from several locations in the DePaul Center, Lewis Center, or CTI building. Facilities are available for rental from 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and on a limited basis Saturday and Sunday.
