General Guidelines
· Availability - Between 7:30am - 10:30pm, 7 Days a Week.
· Reservations should be made by 5pm Thursday the week prior to an event.
· Professional entertainers (DJs, Bands, etc.) are responsible for providing own sound equipment.
· Groups are responsible for removal of props, materials etc from their program. The Student Centers will not be responsible for storage of items.
· Decorations & removal is responsibility of group. Balloons must be weighted down (not tied to chairs, etc) and removed at conclusion of program.
